Terms of service

BanglaRadar is a research tool that makes public advertising data from Meta's Ad Library searchable, with analysis, tracking and alerts. We work to keep the data complete and current, but we cannot guarantee that every ad is captured or that every figure is exact.

Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for the people on your plan; sharing one login beyond your plan's seats is not allowed.

• Don't scrape, copy in bulk, resell or republish the database or its contents.
• Don't try to get around plan limits, security or access controls.
• Don't use the service to harass anyone or to break the law.

Paid plans are billed monthly in Bangladeshi Taka at the prices on our pricing page. Plans renew each month until you cancel. Refunds follow our refund policy. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.

Ads, images and brand names shown in BanglaRadar belong to their respective owners. We display them for research and analysis. The BanglaRadar software, design and our own analysis belong to us.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

The service is provided “as is”. Business decisions you make with it are your own. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
