Refund policy

We want the plan you pay for to be worth it. You can start on the Free plan with no card, so you can see whether BanglaRadar fits before you pay anything.

1. Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.

2. When we refund

You were charged twice for the same period.
You were charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount.
A paid feature was unavailable for most of your billing period because of a fault on our side.

3. When we don't

We don't refund the unused part of a month after you cancel, or searches and exports you have already used.

4. How to ask

Send a request within 7 days of the charge through the contact form, choosing “Billing”, with your account email and the transaction ID. Approved refunds go back to the wallet you paid from (bKash or Nagad) within 7–10 working days.
